Description:
PPI Legal Claims is yet another creative example of a lead generation and pre-sales website. The brief for the website stated a prominent display of a homepage video and an easy-to-use 'claims estimator' form. The website also integrates an online chat feature that lets visitors quickly communicate and query a sales agent.
The design of the website focuses on delivering a clear, yet visually appealing, website experience. The need for clarity was important from the early stages of the project and conveyed to the client in our early consultative meetings. To summarise, a clean design separates this website from many unappealing and cluttered claims websites, which often discourage people from taking the right call to action.
