Black Horse Property
Black Horse Property required a brand new site design based on their existing branding and colours. The site had to be practical but also needed to have some very cool visual quirks to set itself apart from other estate agents in the City of Bradford. The design needed to not only promote Black Horse Property as a local estate agent but also Blackhorsedirect, its online estate agent.
Websquare studied and researched the latest web design trends to identify the very best in quirky designs and stand out effects which could be implemented without compromising the user friendliness of the site or its brand message. Our designs included distinct prompts, where appropriate, to promote the direct services, combined with a very clean website design.
The result was a website that is bright and visually engaging, a website which stood head and shoulders above its nearest competition within estate agents in Bradford in terms of the site's aesthetic looks and appeal.
Black Horse Property as a prominent Bradford based sales and letting agency wanted to obtain a high rank for their specific industry related keywords and to promote their direct business.
Websquare began focusing on market research in relation to the specific industry which Black Horse were involved in to identify which keywords and variations of keywords should be targeted. Once we had identified our target set of keywords, we then began to develop a customised and sustainable SEO plan based around these keywords and the client's business objectives.
Through our SEO work, Black Horse Property ranked on the first page for the vast majority of their keywords, for many of which they were in the top 5 ranking positions.
Black Horse Property required an infographic that presented data of the current housing market in a more visual form. The housing market has significantly changed over the past few years, and the best way to convey this information was through an infographic.
Information on its own is not very digestible, especially when it is current market statistics. The plan was to provide visual diagrams that were closely related to the subject matter. Triangles were used in the design as a visual signifier of houses and, also, different quantities of triangles easily translated into percentages and statistics.
Black Horse Property's infographic was successful in generating interest in a market that does not usually use visual content. It was unique and gained a significant amount of interest in the subject area, while simultaneously generating new traffic to their site.
