Websquare were approached by Dave White, who has been a captain on board Private and Charter vessels for the last 12 years. We were asked to build a bespoke recruitment website to make it easier for maritime employers and employees to find potential crew or jobs. We worked on this project for a number of months to get it ready for launch. Please visit the tour link on the website for a quick overview.
We created a sophisticated search algorithm to make it easy for employers to find potential employees and vice versa. We gave this site payment integration and a lot of functionality to make it as secure as possible, due to the nature of the data. The main goal throughout the design and development of the Crew-It-All website was to make it highly user-friendly for people to sign up, make payments, register jobs and browse jobs to keep people using the site.
We were very pleased to be part of this project, and people within the maritime industry have now got an alternative and easier way to recruit and find their dream job all in one place.
Having spent weeks talking to various web design teams I was beginning to get quite frustrated with the level of different offers and ideas. On meeting with Adam and Tanveer, the directors of Websquare, I knew instantly they would be the company that would make the whole project come together with ease.
Within a couple of weeks the project took a huge leap forward and it become even more apparent that working with Websquare was going to be very professional and incredibly easy going for what in fact is quite a complex website.
Without a doubt the whole team are very talented and I would recommend them to any business, small or large.
I would like to thank the team at Websquare for all their hard work and a magnificent result.
