Talent Squared came back to us after we designed and developed their first website a few years ago. They wanted to change the nature of their business slightly, specialising more in export than their current website reflected. They started out recruiting in various fields but became more experienced in export. Talent Squared had become international and needed their website to portray this. The business had grown and needed a more corporate and professional look due to the roles they recruit being more managerial, professional and executive. They wanted to add more pages due to their increased knowledge over the years which they wanted to share with both candidates and clients.
Talent Squared wanted their new website design to reflect that they were international and not just UK based. We approached this by toning down their colours, making the website cleaner and changing the images to better suit the website, as well as giving it a whole new look. The website system didn't change much from the original but we presented it in a completely different way giving it a fresh new look. We suggested adding a blog to the site which is beneficial to their clients, candidates and SEO. We brought the site up to date with social share links and set up social media pages ready for them to use.
This website has just recently launched. We are currently monitoring the success of the site after launch and this section will be updated.
