Rajas needed a website design which truly reflected what the Rajas brand was all about. It had to be fun, it had to be funky and, like their food, it had to stand out from the crowd. Design was pivotal to this client as one of the key functions of this site is to attract potential franchisees. As such, attention to detail and creativity were paramount for the design of the Rajas website.
We sat down with Rajas to truly understand the business objective behind their web design project in order for us to incorporate this objective into our design work. Once this was identified, our team began the painstaking research process to identify very creative design cues to incorporate into the design.
The result is a stunning and highly engaging website design which accurately encapsulates the Rajas brand message and the range of food available at Rajas as well as maintaining a focus on franchise opportunities.
We promised Rajas a social media strategy which would be complementary to their website and to synchronise their branding with their current site and communications.
We developed a guide which Rajas could use themselves to implement an effective social media strategy. We identified the target market and proposed a solution for Rajas to engage with these people in an effective way. We designed their Twitter and Facebook page so that they had the tools to implement the strategy we provided and carried through their brand identity.
Rajas now have the tools with which they can manage and maintain their social media communications. They have been provided with a guide and training so that they have the expertise to carry this out. They can engage with their current customers and reach out to more people to help grow their business.
