Driven by user feedback, we wanted to ensure the new website was accessible to both parents and children, but tailoring the experience mainly to the parents, and give them as much insight and transparency into the business. Putting the parents at the forefront of the website, we aimed to increase engagement by enhancing the platform, optimising the user journey and creating an improved service experience. We also adopted a more responsive layout for mobile devices for ease of use.
Holiday Booking System
We recently added a holiday booking system feature to the Raising Explorers website, making it easier for parents to enroll their children in holiday programs. This new functionality streamlines the booking process, allowing users to quickly reserve spots in a variety of engaging activities. It’s part of our ongoing effort to enhance the site’s user experience and provide convenient, seamless solutions for parents.
